What I beloved most this recipe, it's so darn easy! Simply spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray, identify roast in cooker. Mix the remaining ingredients in a basin and pour over beef. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4- 5 hours. When beef is prepare, remove, cut into sparse slices and place back in cooker for an additional 25-thirty minutes on low until heated through. Ingredients

  • four pounds boneless chuck roast, trim fat and discard
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brownish sugar, packed
  • two Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • ii Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1/four teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/four teaspoon blackness pepper
  • 1/two teaspoon table salt
  • 8-12 of your favorite rolls or buns for barbecue sandwiches

Directions

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray then identify roast in cooker.

In a medium size bowl, mix the remaining ingredients – ketchup, dark-brown carbohydrate, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, liquid smoke, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, pepper and salt, mix well and pour over roast.

I never brown my roast for this recipe, merely you tin can – browning always adds great flavor.

To reduce fatty, trim the backlog fat from your roast before cooking or skim well afterwards cooking.

Toast your rolls/buns if you like.
